The Totalitarian Doctrine

Currently the Totalitarian doctrine is still being worked on as we would like to ensure the utmost quality of such a foundational text. The Totalitarian Doctrine will be the second version to the original "Totalitarian Manifesto", but until it is released the manifesto will be available. Readers should keep in mind the current document is outdated.

TOTALITARIAN MANIFESTO

Chapter 0: Introduction

Before you read ahead, dismiss the formerly derogatory nature of the term “totalitarian” and accept it for what it is, which is described in the combined texts in this manifest.

The world has long been infested by the vague and largely undefined value that is “freedom” which in truth is built upon animal instinct and selfishness. Freedom has held back our species and has implanted a death clock on every civilization before this new refined ideology of totalitarianism. The totalitarian system is one built to last forever and to ensure the absolute continuity of nation, unity of the people, and the eternal survival and success of our species.

Variation on this system of any kind is heavily discouraged. Details matter and this document presents the only way to ensure the fruition of continuity. Deviation from these writings are antithetical to totalitarianism and this shall represent, define, and make coherent the beliefs of totalitarian thinkers
Lastly, I will not be assigning my name to this work, because to do so would be an attempt to distinguish the self against the collective and is an inherently individualist action. Those who received this manifesto first will know me or my online persona, although I do not care if I am attributed to this work so long as it is read and spread.

Chapter 1: Power Structures and Hierarchy

Power is the basis of all action. There has never been a civilization, tribe, or family that does not have leadership and subordinates. Power defines the actions that one is able to carry out and the value of the entity whether that be an individual or a group. The human mind always covets power as it is seen as an instinctual biological success. This desire for power breeds corruption and individualism and must be stripped, the only desire regarding this should be to use the power invested in one from the higher-ups in the state. Ambition is always at the expense of others and must be drilled out of the human psyche. All must be able to not only obey but adequately exact authority over those placed below them in the hierarchy, but power and hierarchy are nothing without an in-place and far-reaching system to accommodate it.

First, let us discuss why every other existing system of power carries inherent flaws that place a death date on themselves. Firstly, the democratic system or any variation of it cannot work. The systems of voting have an uninformed populace who knows nothing of leadership and is incapable of viewing the bigger picture due to their perspective as an individual and a standard civilian, it is similar to asking the passengers of a plane to vote on a pilot from the passenger manifest. The passengers will pick the most convincing and likable person instead of an expert pilot who may be introverted and who cannot make a good case for himself. In democratic systems, the best liar becomes the leader as well as those who have the most money to spend on advertising, said money often coming from donations given by individuals or groups who wish to influence the political system in order to gain economic advantage. Corruption is widespread and inherent in all democracies. Another quality inherent in democracy and indeed required for it to exist is widespread political polarity in the populace. The end result of democracy is a nation where the leadership is never able to come to a consensus or make decisions and their main purpose is reduced to putting on a show for the voters in order to encourage the reelection of individuals who will often profit from the election whilst never actually addressing issues. The people will be divided and pushed to hatred of one another over often menial issues. Such a system of division and corruption is unsustainable.

Another system is simple appointment in which the incumbent leader will choose his successor. This system is very unstable, often the candidates to be chosen by the leader are also there because they are good liars and power-hungry, they will manipulate the leader into picking them and then turn on them which can be seen in the events following the death of Spanish Caudillo Francisco Franco. Franco had chosen Juan Carlos as his successor who immediately reinstated democracy, counter to the ideology that Franco had believed Carlos to carry. The instability of this system can also be seen in the succession of every Soviet leader. The politics following the death of the leader would be extremely hectic and would be filled with conflicts and power grabs that eventually ended in a libertarian and ideologically debased leader rising to fill the position and killing the nation as a whole.

Yet another system would be the monarchical and feudal systems of the past in which the leader would be the child of the current one. The outcome of this would be random chance and was full of chaos. The king could have failed to produce children, they could have produced many children who would wage civil war on each other over who gets the claim, could have a mentally ill or otherwise incompetent child, they could lose their sovereignty through marriage deals. Too much can go wrong in inheritance.

All of these systems were unacceptable and were evidently yet another factor contributing to the cycle of rise and fall experienced by all of humanity’s civilizations. Totalitarianism proposes a much more sustainable and effective system of political meritocracy in which you rise in the hierarchy based on your competence in leadership positions. Imagine a student is seen taking the lead in group projects in school when he is young, he would be placed in a community leadership position where he would be given light oversight over a small group of people and would be responsible for their actions as a whole, if they failed in this position or performed below average then they would be moved back down to a standard civilian role. If this person excelled in their assignment then they would be given a larger sample to oversee in the hierarchy where they would have other community leaders report to them, same procedure as before regarding their promotion or demotion would occur. Eventually, you would be able to get jobs in municipal government boards if you were very talented in leadership roles and were able to rise the ranks.

Once you get to higher and more important levels of government such as municipalities then you would be a part of a hyper-collectivized oligarchy in which your compatriots would have much the same competent thought process as you due to the screening of the promotion system. The point of having multiple instead of one is to ensure that if one is somehow corrupted or develops complacency then they will be kept in check by the presence of the others as well as the threat of demotion. The people at the top in the unitary central government would be the absolute best possible people for the job across the entire populace, their collectivization would ensure a lack of conflict in government, a swiftness in decision-making, and their qualities as leaders would ensure only the correct decisions would be made. Ideological purity would also be a determining factor in any promotion to ensure that nobody would be able to change the system and therefore doom it with the introduction of space for degradation of the status quo to develop.

The selection of people to be promoted should not be decided by people as this leaves room for interpretation and degradation. The system of political meritocracy should be based on either documents similar to the function of the US Constitution in the way that they are unchangeable guidelines, but not its content. Preferably an algorithm that can manage all of this on a large scale based on the criteria it is fed would be used to select people for promotion. The criteria regarding ideology shall never be changed. Leadership should also not be permitted to change the system itself unless a grievous issue of functionality is detected within it, they shall not be allowed to change it based on opinion or self-interest. Any leader who attempts to change the core ideological components of this system which are listed in these documents should face demotion at the hands of their fellow oligarchs. However, Ideological impurity is not expected in any citizen and would certainly not exist in anybody who managed to rise the ranks.

Chapter 2: Ensuring Loyalty and Ideological Purity

Thought is the most significant aspect of organized human life. All human conditions excepting only natural phenomena such as the weather are controlled by the psyche of the people, every civilization which has collapsed did so in response to a change in public opinion whether it be political corruption, materialism, revolution, or any matter of changes. Even nations that have fallen due to war can have the blame for their death assigned to human thought. One or each of the nation’s people believe in their mind that they are capable of victory and the other’s perception of the war changes until they believe they cannot attain victory and surrender. A war is never lost unless the people believe it is lost. Given this effect the human mind has on our society, it is only logical to conclude that to attain control over the human mind is to attain species and national immortality, thus preventing the apocalyptic horrors and guarantee of extinction that the cycle of collapse guarantees.

Propaganda is an essential part of running a nation. The term propaganda commonly gets a bad reputation, but what it is is essentially an argument or presentation of knowledge used to convince somebody to believe something. Every piece of media is propaganda to a degree and nothing is ever without bias. All media presented in the totalitarian state should be propaganda by the above definition. Ideological purity and unity of the population is essential to continuity. Conflict and hatred of one another should not be seen as desirable as it is in many modern countries who espouse values of freedom of speech and thought. Unity of mind will ensure harmonious cooperation and a reduction of inter-civilian hatred.

An essential part of propaganda and thought control is something I have dubbed “Environmental control” in which the environment and experiences that people exist in are controlled. A simplified example of environmental control would be never informing somebody that fishing existed, or potentially staging a bad experience with fishing in their childhood so that they never developed it as a hobby. Much of environmental control is restriction of the flow of dangerous information, but it also includes the physical space a person exists in or the language they speak. The architecture of cities would be uniform to inspire similar feelings in the person living in it, it would also be imperious to display the power of the state and the community of which they are a part of, as well as lead them to the thought that they are on a smaller scale instrumental to the existence of such power, and a part of it as much as any building or community is. This feeling inspires loyalty and adherence to their assigned role in the hierarchy.

The language itself should also be changed to suit the ideology. The human mind is built upon language and our thoughts consist of it, therefore changing the language would be able to define the scope of human thought to remove anything that would be detrimental such as instinct and selfishness.  All language is currently very messy due to the fact that it has been developed naturally, so language should be revised to be more coherent and clean. Certain concepts also should also be removed from the language such as the forbidden ideal of liberty, and any other similar anarchistic conception. Rebellion and resistance should also not have any words to express them. Potentially, some words would be learned upon the rise in rank in society. Only the leading class would be aware of certain words pertaining to governance strategies, which the civilian class could use to develop negative thoughts. Such words include things like “Propaganda” or “Rebellion”  and anything that could bring about anti-establishment thought processes but would be needed in inter-oligarch discussion.

Capital punishment should not be applied liberally to dissenters, instead of death, these people should receive reeducation so that they may be reformed into good citizens. Reeducation should range from drastic to small depending on the thought crimes somebody has perpetrated. For example, if somebody has deviated from the status quo in a minor way like eating a meal outside of the time for dinner, breakfast, and lunch, they may receive a simple reprimand or credit score reduction, with continued behavior of this kind resulting in first degree reeducation (Law 2.2). If somebody follows the ideology of the state but does not carry it in practice they may receive first or second degree reeducation (Law 2.2). An example of this could be acting very emotionally or acting selfishly in their day-to-day life despite following party doctrine. If somebody commits a grievous ideological infraction such as following a completely different ideology, speaking out against the state, or otherwise acting in dissidence, they may be arrested and relocated temporarily to reeducation facilities for third degree reeducation         (Law 2.2). These facilities would be staffed by trained psychologists working with the goal of reformatting these dangerous minds into good citizens so that their lives may meet peace as part of the whole. It is important to be clear that these facilities would only take in adults, as children would already be subject to ideological training every day during their childhood in schools of the more traditional sense of the word.

Differences divide people, this is inevitable. This can be displayed in racist beliefs, sexism, any war, or religious disputes. These differences however can be forgotten as reality acts according to perception. Unity may be contributed to with the removal of differences between the people including foremost - the creation of a single nation wide culture and the rejection of multiculturalism which is unsustainable due to the development of hatred inherent in the presence of difference. All old and naturally developed cultures should be suppressed and replaced with a manufactured and truly human culture that every person participates in regardless of race or gender. The new culture will include all the ideological ideals of the state ingrained into the noosphere through the use of this culture as well as beneficial aspects such as a sense of duty, obedience, and intense patriotism All traditions that have existed before this new culture should become illegal, this includes old holidays, customs, religions, and fashion. The entirety of society should be focused on the human species and therefore the continuity of the civilization and therefore, the culture should reflect that, with all customs, holidays and the like revolving around the eternal state.

Chapter 3: Labor, the Economy, and the Killing of Avarice

Capitalism dictates that you should only work in exchange for purely personal gain, an aspect that leads to selfish behaviors becoming ingrained in the culture and lead to many multitudes of detrimental issues to plague continuity such as corrupt and greedy behavior developing in the people and especially those in positions of power. A good example of the ravaging effects of this economic method would be many of the priorly colonial states. In Mexico police demand bribes in order to excuse either real or even fictional crimes, cartels bring chaos and violence with the goal of profit for themselves, and the government is controlled by bribery and illegalities. All these issues have developed as a result of centuries of exploitation by the Spanish colonial government which saw the region as a money machine as it was the richest territory in the entire Spanish empire. The years of exploitation ended up ingraining itself in the culture so that it continues even today under many new masters.

The culture of Communism is also non-beneficial. Communistic and socialistic systems often carry state-run economies which is a desirable aspect, but at the same time, they run a revolutionary culture that focuses on entitlement to the worker rather than the greater whole. The people in these systems are taught that revolution is a valid reaction to authority through the state’s reverence of their revolutionary past. Worker unions also may form in some of these systems which halt productivity and can severely weaken a nation due to the selfishness of a few individuals. None of this is to say that the worker should be exploited and overworked, but such decisions should be left up to the governing body which shall not be subject to greed as many business owners have been in the past - leading to the aforementioned exploitation. Socialism is far preferable to Capitalism due to the state-run economy, but much preferable to Socialism is a new system of economics specific to totalitarianism.

The totalitarian economy demands that the worker works out of a sense of duty as one must work in order to contribute to the nation rather than a selfish desire for material gain and purchasing power. Currency shall not be utilized in determining the allocation of resources or the incentivization of productivity, instead, the citizen shall work due to the aforementioned sense of duty that will be ingrained in the new culture. What money is, is a promise of resources, but also in turn it is a physical manifestation of power. To put money in the hands of civilians or non-state entities would be to take power from the hands of the nation ensuring continuity and place it into the unpredictable and greedy hands of an individual. Money leads to greed and the loss of continuity as people would use money to carry out a devolution of the system and corruption of the government. You cannot work for selfish reasons, take bribes, or give bribes if currency does not exist. Your reason for doing what you do shall be duty, not avarice. Harder work and higher productivity should be expected of everyone and anybody who slacks off at work will be socially ostracized and have social credit score deductions while going the extra mile at your job and doing more than is expected will entail social credit score increases. Labor shall be required by all citizens, unemployment will be non-existent. Jobs for citizens should be selected by a government body to ensure the correct career choices are made. The choice for a job can be determined by a combination of the life experiences, personality, and ability of the subject, this evaluation can be accomplished by an algorithm or artificial intelligence with the purpose of ensuring productivity by choosing a job they would perform well in as well as contentedness as said career would be tailored to them specifically.

Corporations and Organizations outside of the government shall not exist for they threaten to usurp an amount of power, which even if said amount is small, is intolerable as full power for the state must exist in order to ensure continuity. Because of this rule, all economic activities will be directed by a branch of the oligarchy dedicated to the oversight of all economic activities. A computer network patterned off of the Soviet OGAS proposal, but advancing the technology considerably to include AI, combined with the aforementioned cultural changes, job assignment, and lack of money shall aid this ministry in its economic planning and prevent bureaucratic bloat to ensure that the same issues brought upon by the Soviet command economy do not transfer to the totalitarian command economy. Modern technology greatly aids in the mission of totalitarianism through its innovative aid to governance and methods of control, the aid of networks and artificial intelligence will be prevalent to keep the system running smoothly and free of human error.

All citizens shall be guaranteed food through the distribution of ration packs specially tailored to grant all nutrients required and keep a healthy populace. All citizens shall be guaranteed housing through the employment of mass-produced apartments. All citizens shall be guaranteed clothing to dress themselves through the use of citizen uniforms. As long as the civilian works, which they will, their needs will be met without being faced with the struggle and exploitation that capitalism forces onto the people. City planning also may extend both residential and industrial planning underground to better use this space and limit the sprawl of cities.

The nation shall be heavily industrialized, but in a controlled fashion in order to prevent pollution and environmental destruction that has become common with the capitalistic systems of today and the past. Factories, farms, and similar locations will be treated differently. Manufacturing should exist purely in the cities, power generation should exist near cities but on the outskirts, agriculture should exist in walled communities outside of the cities, and mining should exist in walled communities outside of the cities as well (Law (add law id). Manufacturing, power generation, and mining locations shall be referred to as industrial centers and farms shall be referred to as agricultural centers. In cases where the center is not located within a city, the citizens employed in said centers should live on-site in dormitories.

Chapter 4: Foreign Policy, Geopolitics, Usage of the Military

Foreign nations are always a source of danger and exist as the one thing that the state does not have control over. Foreign nations will often act aggressively or subversively and threaten the cohesion and continuity of the nation. For these reasons, all foreign nations should be subsumed at all costs, either through political maneuvering and subversion or through outright war and annexation, for if humanity wishes to survive and stop war forever, then we must unite under a single banner, a banner that will never fall due to the totalitarian system and it’s maintenance of continuity. The world outside the nation and control of the party is assumed to be a chaotic mess where anarchy allows great evil to be perpetuated. The existence of this world is intolerable and it is the ultimate mission of the state to bring order to the rest of the world and as many people and territories as possible.

This goal does not necessitate violence, it can of course be brought upon by political maneuvering and otherwise gaining influence over foreign nations. Influence and power however must be backed up with the presence of a strong military force, regardless of whether or not it is ever used.

Naturally, the military should be well funded and immense while other nations exist in the world to ensure the safety of the nation as well as provide the opportunity for the conquest of new lands and people. Weapon systems should be kept up to standards such as keeping a nuclear deterrence program, and any new military technologies and developments that may occur. The military will be supported by conscription of those who would be selected by a labor committee to be fitting of military roles, but it will also conscript the common man in the event of a major war that could threaten the security of the nation. Women should be included in the military as it is the duty of every able-bodied citizen to serve their nation and that includes protecting it from foreign threats. Members of the military should be promoted through merit alone and field promotions should be temporary until a soldier is found who has proven to be more capable. Military leadership should be required to have served on the ground during their career and should rise to these higher ranks through talent instead of skipping the lower ranks through education at a university. Once somebody is selected to rise to a certain rank that would entail command over a certain number of people, they would be required to be educated in the art of warfare.

To avoid subversion by foreign nations at home, even if it is unintentional, an information quarantine shall exist at the border not allowing any media, people, or news about the world outside of the nation to enter the noosphere of the nation’s inhabitants for this would be exceedingly dangerous for reasons mentioned in the chapter regarding ideological purity. Inhabitants of the nation shall not be permitted to emigrate as the false promise of opportunity and satisfaction of the ego that the systems of foreign nations provide would lure our people like an angler fish waiting to snap shut. Those wishing to immigrate or take refuge in the nation may be allowed as part of the nation’s mission to bring order to as many people as possible, but they shall exist in specialized communities where they shall not mingle with citizens of the nation and bring foreign information. These communities will mirror the cities of the rest of the nations in all aspects except the inhabitants themselves who shall be made into good citizens through the propaganda and indoctrination meant to ensure ideological purity, and they shall be given safe and regimented lives as opposed to the chaos they left.

Law List:

The following is a list of first-rate laws. First-rate laws are counted as a part of the system, and cannot be changed unless the conditions of the law (1.7) are met. Second-rate laws are not listed and would be laws that can be changed at any time by anybody who has the jurisdiction to do so. An example of a second-rate law could be a temporary ban on the consumption of beef, or an order to wear masks.

1 - Government

This section dictates how the government should function, what structure it shall take on, and any other laws regarding the government.

1.1 - Members of the Government are chosen for promotion in a hierarchy based on merit. The hierarchy ranges from standard citizen, to community lead, to district lead, to a spot on the municipal government, to a spot on the regional government, to a spot in the central government. There may be more steps in between dependent on the number of subdivisions existing on the territory, and there will be many more positions in government and each ministry of the government that are specialized that people may rise into based on specific skills and abilities displayed.

1.2 - Every person who is in a position of power must publicly act like an empty vessel whose only purpose and desire is to be a conduit for which the law flows through. Hobbies, interests, likes/dislikes, and anything of the like must never be expressed with anybody at the same rank as you or below, as such nuances of the character can be exploited by those who would utilize such details for manipulation of the authority figure with selfish goals in mind.

1.3 - The central government must be organized as a collection of oligarchs, there must never be an autocrat in charge of the entire nation, for an autocrat would have the authority necessary to change the system, and the environmental conditions present to drive him to do so if he were the sole authority. Central power must be vested in a minimum of four oligarchs who must be held to an expectation of hyper-collectivization within the oligarchy and a complete unity of opinion. The oligarchy is not meant to limit the power of the government or slow down the process of governance which is why unanimous thought is required, but it is meant to prevent a single man or woman from developing a god complex and changing the system at their whim.

1.4 - Municipalities or any other position in the hierarchy that reports to a higher power may be filled with either a single person or a collection, but once the number is decided, it must be standard across the nation. Under no circumstance may a position in the hierarchy be empty.

1.5 - Ascension in the hierarchy is decided by merit alone, promotion must never be the result of anything but the ability of the subject to govern. Promotion must not be authorized by a single individual and should be overseen and organized by an artificial intelligence that analyzes individuals throughout the nation and selects the best candidates for promotion to be submitted to a committee for a decision.

1.6 - Delegating any power from the state to an individual or organization outside of the state is forbidden. It is imperative that the state has complete control over absolutely everything that occurs within the nation, any loss of power even if it is minuscule is intolerable.

1.7 - If a member of the government from any rank that governs a municipality or district or higher commits an infraction that requires reeducation of any level, they are to be demoted and removed from the governing process permanently.

1.8 - Any change to the in-place system is forbidden unless the aspect of the system under question is causing a threat to continuity, in this case, it may be submitted for review by the central oligarchy and any change must receive a unanimous decision to be passed.

1.9 - Any member of the government who lobbies for promotion is to be demoted and barred from holding office. All state members must know their place and treat it not as a position to strive for, as a privilege, or an object of ambition and personal gain, but as a duty that they must carry out because they have been deemed by the state as fitting into their particular place in the hierarchy.

2 - Thought

This section dictates how unity of mind must be upheld, this section is regarding things purely of the mind and does not include any other facets of society that are meant to uphold the ideology, but are not excluded to the mind alone, as that would be the entire civilization.

2.1 - Any deviation in the rigid and defined ideology and thought of the governing party must result in reeducation. This defined thought includes things from believing in an ideology counter to the tenets of totalitarianism, or even small details such as deviation from daily routine, facial expressions indicating deviance based on the circumstance of the situation, intonation in voice, poor work ethic, ambition, anti-social behavior, and any other details that may suggest thought crime.

2.2 - Reeducation is to consist of different levels based on the severity of the thought crime, any of these reeducation degrees may cease once the subject has been deemed ideologically pure. Reeducation can be ranged to several different levels including the following

First degree: Fellow civilians are directed to pay attention to the subject receiving this level of reeducation and correct any mistakes in action or thought that they detect. This is expected of civilians anyway, but somebody receiving first-degree reeducation is supposed to be paid special attention by their peers and are to be given priority over the peer-to-peer monitoring of an ideologically pure subject. This reeducation is to be assigned to people who have been found to have made multiple detail mistakes such as some of the examples listed in (law 2.1)

Second degree: This reeducation is to be assigned to subjects who have continued to display first-degree mistakes, but have failed to improve with peer supervision, or those who have displayed deviated thoughts, but who have expressed desire to change them, or those who have questioned state decisions, but have not deviated from the ideology itself. This degree entails that the subject must attend one-hour or two-hour classes each day where they are attended by psychologists who are trained and specialize in reeducation and who are ideologically pure themselves. The subject is still required to go through their normal lives albeit with the schedule change necessary to attend these classes.

Third degree: Third degree is meant for severe cases of thought crime where the subject has not made any progress on any of the previous degrees or those who have engaged in open thought crime such as protest, discussion of anti-state themes, or anybody who has otherwise been proven to privately hold an ideology other than that of the ruling ideology. This degree entails the complete relocation of the subject to a closed facility where they are attended by psychologists every hour of the day with the goal of reformatting and healing their minds and thoughts. Subjects are not allowed to leave the facility, their civilian lives are halted, and discussion of them is forbidden until they return to society.

Fourth degree: The fourth degree is a last resort for thought criminals, this treatment should be rare and used only in special cases where the subject has not made any progress in reeducation, or somebody who has engaged in open and violent rebellion. The fourth degree entails the execution of the subject and the removal of records of their existence as well as the active removal of their memory from the noosphere. The fourth degree is necessary to ensure that unity is upheld so that the mission of continuity is upheld, and if one does not improve with reeducation, then there is only this way to remove them as a threat from society.

2.3 - All media shall be under the control of a single government ministry that will use it to ensure that the only source of information. There will be no alternative sources of information even if the alternative is also under government control.

2.4 - All media must depict the real world. Literature, films, video games, and any similar transportive media must only represent the current reality that the subject who consumes it exists in. This is required to ensure that escapism never surfaces and nobody ever finds that a fictional world might be in any aspect preferable to the one that has been crafted by the party, even if said preference is purely cosmetic as this too builds to thought crime.

2.5 - News is not to report on any events that occur outside the nation excepting any advances the nation makes in warfare, or any diplomatic advances. The outside world is to be exaggerated as a living hell where banditry, crime, violence, and other facets of chaos are considered to be the norm. This is an exaggeration, but only of prevalence, as these things are in fact common in libertarian nations. The civilian base is to develop a hatred of everyone who is not a citizen of the nation under the pretense that they are ideologically debased. This hatred does not extend to immigrants. The media will not report on the systems in place in foreign nations as said systems should be completely unknown to the populace, only reporting that the systems in place in foreign nations are different from that of the state and therefore lead to their hellish status quo with the nature of the outside world being mysterious and largely unknown and untalked about. This law is to be disregarded if foreign nations do not exist.

2.6 - Civilians should not be informed on any crimes that may take place and as far as they know, crime does not happen. If one does not know that one can commit an act such as a robbery, or murder, then they are unlikely to copy or carry out that act. If the system is done right, crime will not happen anyway.

2.7 - Personal connections with individuals are to be greatly discouraged and socially frowned upon. The civilian should hold a relationship with the collective, not a single person.

2.8 - Artistic ability should be limited towards the depiction of propaganda. Creativity outside of such service to the state is not acceptable and may entail first or second-degree reeducation (Law 2.2)

2.9 - Childbirth shall be seen as a patriotic act meant to aid the nation, not a method of vicarious immortality or the perpetuation of the family.

2.10 - Religion is forbidden and any reference to the existence of religion is forbidden as well. The idea that any power exists over the state is forbidden.

2.11 - Conspiratorial thought is forbidden. Conspiratorial thought is defined as one theorizing that there is any amount of untruth behind the information presented to them by the media or any authorities, or that there is anything deeper than what is presented to them.

2.12 - Adults who are not specifically employed by state boarding schools (Law 3.3) are forbidden from teaching anything to children and shall be kept separate entirely until said children are graduated into general society. Those who do not specialize in teaching and child psychology can cause long term damage by negligence of details.

3 - Society

This section regards the general function of society as a whole, excluding the topics covered in other sections

3.1 - Citizens may not leave the cities which shall be walled to prevent rural habitation. An exception to this rule is made if one is assigned to an industrial, or agricultural center that does not exist within a city, in this case, the citizen is not permitted to leave the center which shall also be walled.

3.2 - No building shall excede the height of government buildings, which themselves shall be imperious.

3.3 - All infants shall be taken into state custody at birth and shall never know their parents. The raising of children shall be standardized to ensure the best outcome free from poor parenting. This standardization and state custody shall culminate in the existence of state boarding schools where all children shall live all the way from infancy to adulthood.

3.4 - The size of the residences that a citizen lives in shall be a standard and small (relative to the modern world) square footing. This limit extends to even the very top oligarchy of the government. This law is part of a general ban on luxury and the associated culture of greed.

3.5 - Cliques of civilians are to be broken up to ensure that any power structure outside of the state does not form, such as the hierarchies that form in friend groups. Friend groups are permitted to remain together so long as nobody becomes dominant and nobody becomes submissive to their friends. A prerequisite for the continued existence of these groups is that no friend becomes loyal to their friends or group over their loyalty to the state. Relocation to another district or even city is permitted as a method to break up said cliques.

3.6 - Weaponry is not permitted to be in the possession of any citizen except those in active military service, or those in judicial service. The definition of weaponry here includes firearms of any nature, any melee weapons including pointed weapons, edged weapons, blunt weapons, bows, sprays, tasers, or any other tool meant to exact violence.

3.7 - Any effort to express individuality is crime by disassociation and warrants punishment.

3.8 - Citizens must wear a standard civilian uniform which shall be in place to enhance conformity, reduce individuality, and provide clothing to everybody. Not wearing the uniform when in the presence of others is crime by disassociation (Law 3.7).

3.9 - Automobiles are not permitted to be in the possession of civilians. Automobiles may only be held by military and judicial sources. Civilians will walk and take public transportation.

3.10 - Recreational sex is forbidden. Sex may only occur for reproduction. This is the minimum restriction, preferably sex should not occur at all and reproduction should be carried out by other means.

3.11 - Sex must be approved by a board that will examine medical history, and criminal history to determine whether the act may occur and a child may be created. Those who have a history of crime, especially thought crime, may not reproduce. Those who carry any genetic defects or carry a genetically poor physique may not reproduce.

3.12 - All narcotics or behavior-altering substances are banned. This includes illicit narcotics such as opioids, THC, Hallucinogens, alcoholic beverages, nicotine, or any other drug that is taken recreationally.

3.13 - Privacy is forbidden, every action that the citizen may take must be monitored to ensure no crime escapes the eye of the state. Surveillance will be widespread and will extend to the interior of residences. An AI should be put into place to be able to monitor this network as such an activity would be impossible for the limited manpower presented by human workers. Even if AI is not available, the cameras should still exist so that those who are watched dare not commit crime under the chance that somebody might be looking.

3.14 - A social credit score shall be introduced, this system will grade each citizen based on their day-to-day actions and the details of their behavior. The social credit score will inform officials of the quality that the subject in question carries in relation to society. Having a high social credit score can be a consideration when somebody has been chosen for promotion (Law 1.5), it can be considered when they apply for reproduction (Law 3.11), on the degree of reeducation they are to receive (Law 2.2), or the amount of confiture included in rations (Law 3.15) as well as any other events where social credit score is deemed relevant. Citizens are not permitted to view the social credit score of other citizens.

3.15 - Sustenance is guaranteed to every citizen through the distribution of ration packs which will be tailored to provide all necessary nutrients to maintain good health. Preference should not be given to anybody and everybody shall receive the same rations no matter their position in the hierarchy.
